Important contractual position

MaxDent software is licensed, not sold. The customer receives only the rights expressly granted by the purchased base MaxDent plan and any active add-on services. MaxDentSystem retains all intellectual-property and licensing rights not expressly granted. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable legal protections remain unaffected.

Quick Contract Summary

  • Installing, activating, creating an account, purchasing, or using MaxDent constitutes acceptance of these Terms where electronic acceptance is legally effective.
  • The base MaxDent license may operate Pro or Enterprise under the licensing rules, while MaxDent Mobile is an independent add-on that requires both a valid base license and an active Mobile subscription.
  • Some branch or device connectivity may use secure relay infrastructure or an independent connectivity provider. MaxDentSystem may change the connectivity method when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, compatibility or technical reasons.
  • A 15-day free trial is intended to allow evaluation before purchase. Reinstallation or device/account manipulation does not create a new trial entitlement.
  • Activated direct-purchase licenses are generally final and non-refundable because a trial is provided before purchase, except where mandatory law or a distribution platform requires otherwise.
  • License transfers require MaxDent approval. The old device/license may be revoked before or when a replacement activation is issued. Suspicious or abusive transfer requests may be held for review.
  • The clinic owns and controls its patient/clinic data and is responsible for lawful processing, professional confidentiality, user permissions, backups and clinical decisions.
  • MaxDent is clinic-management software, not a medical device, diagnosis system, accounting adviser, tax adviser, legal adviser or substitute for professional judgment.
  • MaxDent may suspend or revoke access for expiry, non-payment, chargeback, fraud, tampering, license sharing, security risk, legal requirement or material breach, subject to applicable law.
  • Perpetual desktop licensing, where offered, does not guarantee perpetual updates, support, cloud/mobile services, future operating-system compatibility or future major versions.
  • Apple App Store, Google Play, payment providers and other third parties may impose separate mandatory terms for transactions or distribution through their services.

1. Acceptance, Authority and Scope

These Terms form a binding agreement between MaxDentSystem and the person or legal entity that purchases, activates, installs, accesses or uses MaxDent products or services. If you act for a clinic, company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The clinic/customer is responsible for actions of its administrators, staff, contractors and other authorized users.

These Terms apply together with the applicable order, plan description, invoice, quotation, activation record, Privacy Policy, and any store/platform rules that legally apply to the transaction. If a specific written order signed or expressly accepted by MaxDentSystem conflicts with these general Terms, that specific order controls only for the conflicting commercial item.

2. Product Nature and Intended Use

MaxDent is software for dental-clinic administration and workflow, including patient records, appointments, treatment planning, financial/operational records, licensing, reporting, and optional mobile access according to edition and plan. It is intended for authorized dental professionals, clinics and their staff.

MaxDent does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, replace a dentist’s professional judgment, provide emergency services, or guarantee compliance with medical, tax, accounting, employment or privacy law. Reports and calculations depend on the data entered and configured by the clinic. The customer remains responsible for verifying clinically, financially and legally significant information.

3. License Grant — Licensed, Not Sold

Subject to payment, activation and continued compliance with these Terms, MaxDentSystem grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the applicable MaxDent software for the customer’s own authorized clinic/business operations during the purchased term, except for device/license transfers expressly approved by MaxDentSystem.

No sale or transfer of source code, copyright, trademarks, designs, security mechanisms, activation technology, database schema rights, documentation rights or other intellectual property occurs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MaxDentSystem and its licensors.

4. Two-Tier Licensing Model

EntitlementScopeMobile access
Base MaxDent licensePro or Enterprise under the licensing and branch rulesTime-limited subscriptions issue a separate Mobile license for the same term; Lifetime does not include Mobile
Mobile licenseIndependent entitlement linked to the base MaxDent licenseIssued automatically with time-limited plans or purchased separately by Lifetime customers

The base MaxDent license and the Mobile license remain technically separate entitlements. A time-limited MaxDent purchase automatically issues both licenses for the same term. A Lifetime purchase issues the base license only, and the customer may purchase a separate Mobile subscription. Expiring or revoking Mobile does not stop the base MaxDent license.

Unless a written order expressly states otherwise, plans that include Mobile functionality are time-limited subscriptions and do not create a perpetual right to hosted/mobile connectivity. Desktop-only plans may be offered on annual, multi-year or perpetual terms as stated at purchase.

5. Editions, Branches, Users and Feature Entitlements

Edition names, branch counts, user roles, mobile entitlement, device limits, storage, support level and other features are determined by the purchased plan and the software version. Enterprise rights do not automatically create unlimited branches or users unless the order says so.

MaxDentSystem may enforce technical entitlement checks to ensure that only purchased capabilities are available. A feature shown in marketing, screenshots, demonstrations, beta builds or a different edition does not become part of a customer’s license unless included in that customer’s plan.

Pro / Enterprise flexibility: an eligible license may be used to move between MaxDent Pro and MaxDent Enterprise on the same licensed device without purchasing a new base license or paying an upgrade fee merely to change editions. This does not permit simultaneous use of both editions across multiple devices, does not bypass device binding or device-transfer controls, and does not expand branch or feature entitlements beyond the applicable plan.

6. Free Trial

Where offered, the MaxDent free trial is currently intended for 15 days to evaluate the software before purchase. A trial is a temporary evaluation permission, not a paid license or guarantee of future eligibility.

Trial eligibility may be associated with reasonable account, clinic, contact, installation or device signals. Uninstalling/reinstalling, clearing local files, changing identifiers, creating duplicate accounts, using virtual environments or otherwise attempting to reset or multiply the trial does not create a new entitlement and may result in trial refusal or suspension.

At trial expiry, MaxDent may restrict use and display purchase/activation options while preserving locally stored clinic data. The customer remains responsible for backups and for purchasing/activating before continued operational use.

7. Activation and License Validation

MaxDent may use online activation, automatic activation, manual activation, offline activation request/license files, activation codes, account-based entitlement checks or a combination of these methods. Activation may bind the license to a clinic, account, installation, device, edition family, entitlement type or other reasonable security identifiers.

The customer must not alter activation requests, license files, signatures, entitlement data, device identifiers or validation traffic. MaxDentSystem may reject invalid, inconsistent, duplicated, expired, revoked, manipulated or suspicious requests.

Manual activation remains a support/fallback mechanism where offered. The existence of a manual path does not create a right to bypass normal eligibility, payment, security or device-binding rules.

8. Device Binding and License Transfer

A license may be bound to the device or environment for which it was issued. A customer may request transfer to a replacement device. Each transfer requires MaxDentSystem approval and may require revocation or withdrawal of the old activation before a new activation is issued.

This agreement does not impose a fixed numerical lifetime cap on legitimate transfer requests, but MaxDentSystem may delay, refuse or investigate a request where there are indicators of license sharing, resale, fraud, simultaneous use, abnormal transfer frequency, security compromise, chargeback or other abuse. Proof of ownership/purchase or device information may be requested.

9. Mobile Pairing, Device Limits and Session Security

Where Mobile is enabled, each MaxDent user may be subject to a clinic-configured mobile-device limit of 1 to 3 devices, with an absolute maximum of 3 devices per user unless MaxDentSystem changes the product specification in a later release. The clinic administrator may revoke linked devices within the available controls.

Pairing tokens/QR codes are security credentials and must not be shared. A pairing token may be time-limited and one-time use. The customer must promptly revoke lost, stolen, transferred or unauthorized devices and must protect the device with appropriate operating-system security.

Mobile access may require active server-side licensing and periodic validation. Backgrounding, inactivity, local secure-unlock controls and session expiration may be enforced to protect clinic information.

10. License Expiry, Revocation and Offline Limitation

Time-limited licenses expire at the end of their purchased term unless renewed. MaxDentSystem may suspend or revoke a license for non-payment, chargeback, fraud, security risk, tampering, unlawful use, material breach, duplicate/simultaneous unauthorized activation, or a valid legal requirement, subject to mandatory law.

For connected installations, revocation may take effect when the software next validates with MaxDent systems. For legitimately offline installations, immediate remote revocation cannot always be guaranteed; revocation may take effect upon the next connection, validation event, update or other authorized check. Users must not deliberately prevent required checks to continue using an expired or revoked entitlement.

11. Payments, Renewals, Taxes and Refunds

Prices, currencies, plan duration, taxes and payment methods are those displayed or agreed at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by independent payment providers or app-store platforms, and their payment terms may also apply.

For direct MaxDent purchases, because a 15-day evaluation period is made available before purchase where applicable, an activated license is generally final and non-refundable once issued/activated or substantially consumed. This rule does not override mandatory consumer law, a valid written commitment by MaxDentSystem, or refund rights imposed by the payment/distribution platform through which the purchase was made.

Exception for the dedicated Digistore24 reseller channel: purchases completed through that channel have an unconditional 60-day refund period from the purchase date. This exception applies only to those reseller-channel transactions and does not change the refund rules for direct MaxDent purchases through other payment methods.

See the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for eligibility, request handling and refund-method details.

A subscription does not renew or extend merely because software remains installed. Renewal requires the applicable payment/renewal process. Non-payment, reversed payments or chargebacks may result in suspension or revocation of the associated entitlement and may be investigated for fraud. Customer is responsible for applicable taxes unless the collecting platform/provider is legally responsible.

12. Accounts, Credentials and Authorized Users

The customer is responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for safeguarding passwords, one-time codes, administrator credentials, license files, recovery methods and authorized devices. Credentials may not be shared with unauthorized persons.

The customer must promptly disable former employees, revoke lost devices and report suspected compromise. MaxDentSystem is not responsible for actions performed through valid customer credentials where the compromise results from the customer’s failure to protect them, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

  • Use MaxDent only for lawful clinic/business purposes and only within purchased entitlements.
  • Do not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, publish or commercially distribute MaxDent, activation materials or license credentials except where expressly authorized.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, bypass technical restrictions or activation, defeat device binding, forge licenses, modify signatures or interfere with security controls, except only to the narrow extent a mandatory law expressly permits such activity.
  • Do not use bots, scraping, vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service activity, malware, credential theft or other activity that harms MaxDent systems, customers, providers or networks.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or unauthorized patient/third-party data, and do not use MaxDent to violate professional secrecy, privacy, sanctions, export-control or other applicable law.
  • Do not misrepresent identity, clinic ownership, payment status, trial eligibility, referral attribution or licensing status.
  • Do not use a license concurrently or across clinics/devices in a manner not allowed by the purchased plan.

14. Clinic Data, Patient Data and Legal Responsibility

The clinic/customer retains its rights in patient records and other clinic data it lawfully enters into MaxDent. The clinic generally determines the purpose and means of processing patient/clinical data and is responsible for legal basis, patient notices/consents, professional confidentiality, retention rules, access permissions and lawful disclosures.

MaxDentSystem does not become the treating healthcare provider and does not assume the clinic’s professional or regulatory duties merely by supplying software. The MaxDent Privacy Policy governs MaxDentSystem’s handling of personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Backups, Data Integrity and Customer Environment

Unless a specific paid service expressly states otherwise, MaxDent is not the customer’s sole backup service. The customer must maintain adequate, tested and appropriately protected backups of clinic data and configuration and must verify that backups can be restored.

The customer is responsible for the security and reliability of its computers, server, operating system, network, storage, power, antivirus/endpoint protection, third-party cloud storage, administrator access and physical environment. MaxDentSystem is not responsible for data loss caused by hardware failure, ransomware, customer deletion, unsupported modifications, third-party outages, storage misconfiguration or failure to maintain backups, except to the extent caused by MaxDentSystem and non-excludable by law.

16. Updates, Compatibility and Product Changes

MaxDentSystem may issue bug fixes, security updates, migrations, compatibility changes, new features, deprecations or interface changes. Security or data-integrity updates may be required as a condition of continued online/mobile service. MaxDentSystem is not required to maintain every historic version indefinitely.

A perpetual desktop license, where offered, means a continuing license to use the purchased perpetual desktop entitlement under these Terms; it does not promise perpetual technical support, future major-version upgrades, hosted services, Mobile service, third-party integrations, future operating-system/hardware compatibility or continued availability of external providers unless expressly included in writing.

MaxDentSystem may change, replace or discontinue non-essential or third-party-dependent features when reasonably required for security, legal compliance, provider changes, performance or product development, while respecting mandatory rights and paid contractual commitments.

17. Support, Diagnostics and Remote Assistance

Support scope and response expectations depend on the purchased plan and available support channels. Unless a written service-level agreement says otherwise, response and resolution times are targets rather than guaranteed deadlines.

To troubleshoot a problem, MaxDentSystem may request logs, screenshots, version/environment information, activation data or files voluntarily provided by the customer. If remote assistance is agreed, the customer authorizes the specific support session and remains responsible for ensuring that unnecessary patient data is not exposed. MaxDentSystem may refuse unsafe, abusive or out-of-scope support requests.

18. Security, Anti-Abuse and Audit Rights

MaxDentSystem may maintain reasonable security, activation, entitlement, payment and audit records and may use automated or manual checks to detect tampering, duplicated activations, suspicious device changes, self-purchase/referral abuse, unauthorized access, attacks or fraud, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Where credible abuse or compromise is detected, MaxDentSystem may temporarily limit activation, freeze affected entitlements, require verification, revoke compromised credentials or take other proportionate protective measures while the matter is reviewed.

19. Third-Party Services and Platforms

MaxDent may interoperate with operating systems, app stores, payment providers, hosting/CDN providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp services, analytics/advertising tools, cloud storage chosen by customers, Google, Meta, Apple and other independent services. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy rules, availability limits and technical requirements.

MaxDentSystem does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for independent third-party outages, policy decisions, account suspensions or changes, except for obligations MaxDentSystem expressly assumes or that applicable law imposes. If a platform rule conflicts with these Terms for a transaction through that platform, the mandatory platform rule controls only to the necessary extent.

19A. Enterprise / Multi-Branch Connectivity and Third-Party Network Services

Enterprise or Mobile services may use secure relay infrastructure or another connectivity method to communicate between authorized branches and endpoints. The underlying technology or provider may change when reasonably required without changing the customer’s purchased service entitlement.

The purchased entitlement does not guarantee perpetual use of a named connectivity provider, routing method or API. MaxDentSystem may change the technical connectivity layer when reasonably required for security, reliability or compatibility while the published plan limits and commercial entitlements remain controlling.

MaxDentSystem may, when reasonably necessary, replace or migrate the connectivity provider or architecture, change configuration or routing, require a supported client/version, require the customer to create or maintain a compliant third-party account or subscription, impose reasonable migration steps, or temporarily suspend affected inter-branch connectivity for security, legal, compatibility or migration purposes. MaxDentSystem will use reasonable efforts to preserve functional continuity where practicable but does not guarantee a seamless migration or zero downtime.

Unless a written MaxDent order expressly states that a specific third-party fee is included, fees, taxes, subscriptions, overages or commercial-plan costs imposed by an independent connectivity provider are not included in the MaxDent license price and may be payable by the customer. A provider’s introduction or increase of charges, removal of a free tier, change in commercial-use rules or discontinuation of a feature does not by itself constitute a breach by MaxDentSystem or create an automatic refund right, subject always to mandatory law and any express written commitment made by MaxDentSystem.

The customer is responsible for lawful authorization of inter-branch access, determining which branch users may view or administer data, reviewing permissions, protecting administrator credentials, securing branch computers/servers/routers/endpoints, maintaining internet access and power, applying supported updates, and complying with the third-party provider’s then-current terms where the customer or its environment is required to use that provider.

MaxDentSystem may restrict, suspend, reconfigure or disable inter-branch connectivity where there is a credible security risk, compromised credential/device, suspected abuse, unlawful use, provider-policy conflict, unsupported configuration, or other condition that could reasonably threaten clinic data, the MaxDent platform, other customers or third-party infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxDentSystem is not responsible for independent third-party outages, account suspensions, pricing/plan changes, API deprecations, routing failures, provider-side security incidents, government/network restrictions, ISP failures, customer firewall/network configuration, endpoint compromise or other events outside MaxDentSystem’s reasonable control. Any express paid SLA or mandatory legal right overrides this clause only to the extent required.

The clinic remains the primary controller of patient/clinic data and is responsible for the legality of sharing or making such data accessible across its branches. MaxDentSystem’s Privacy Policy describes the limited technical/network metadata that a connectivity provider may process and the security model used for branch connectivity. Enterprise access does not transfer the clinic’s professional, confidentiality or data-protection obligations to MaxDentSystem.

20. Website, Marketing, Demos and Referral Materials

Website content, screenshots, videos, demonstrations, roadmaps and marketing materials are intended to describe MaxDent and may show configurations, editions or features different from a particular customer plan. Only the purchased order/plan and current product specification define the customer’s entitlement.

Referral/affiliate codes, promotions and commissions are governed by the specific program rules in effect when the qualifying transaction occurs. MaxDentSystem may reject fraudulent, self-referred, manipulated, refunded or chargeback transactions and may correct attribution errors.

21. Intellectual Property, Brand and Feedback

MaxDent, MaxDentSystem, logos, user interfaces, software, documentation, databases/schema design, activation/security mechanisms, website materials and related intellectual property are protected by applicable rights. No rights are granted except the limited license stated here.

If a customer voluntarily submits ideas, suggestions or product feedback without a separate written confidentiality agreement, the customer grants MaxDentSystem a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, adapt and implement that feedback for MaxDent products and services without an obligation to compensate the submitter, while ownership of the customer’s confidential clinic data remains unaffected.

Third-party/open-source components remain subject to their own licenses, which prevail for those components where legally required.

22. Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public confidential information received from the other using reasonable care and use it only for the permitted business relationship. This does not cover information that is public without breach, lawfully known independently, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law. Patient confidentiality obligations remain primarily with the clinic and its authorized users.

23. No Medical, Financial or Legal Advice

MaxDent assists with clinic administration and record organization. It is not a medical device or substitute for diagnosis, examination, informed consent, clinical judgment, emergency care, professional accounting, tax advice or legal advice. The customer must independently review treatment, prescriptions, medical alerts, balances, invoices, reports, taxes and regulatory obligations before acting on them.

24. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaxDent software, website, Mobile service and related services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis except for any express written warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. MaxDentSystem does not warrant that every function will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device/OS/network, immune from all cyberattacks, or suitable for every clinic workflow or legal regime.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy or consumer right that applicable law says cannot be excluded or limited.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxDentSystem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, reputational loss, or loss/corruption of data arising from customer-controlled devices, networks, backups or third-party services, even if the possibility was known.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxDentSystem’s aggregate liability arising out of the affected product/service will not exceed the amount actually paid to MaxDentSystem for that affected license or service giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable fraud, willful misconduct, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

26. Customer Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law and for business use, the customer will defend, indemnify and hold MaxDentSystem harmless from third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from the customer’s unlawful patient-data processing, unauthorized disclosures, infringement, fraudulent licensing/payment conduct, misuse of the software, breach of professional duties, or violation of these Terms by the customer or its authorized users, except to the extent the claim was caused by MaxDentSystem’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

27. Suspension, Termination and Effect

MaxDentSystem may suspend or terminate access to online/mobile services or revoke an entitlement when the license expires, payment fails, a chargeback occurs, fraud/tampering is detected, security requires urgent action, a legal order requires it, or the customer materially breaches these Terms and does not cure the breach where cure is reasonably available.

On termination or expiry, rights to use expired/revoked services end. Local clinic data stored on customer-controlled systems remains the customer’s responsibility. MaxDentSystem may retain transaction, licensing, audit and security records as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

28. Force Majeure

MaxDentSystem is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet or telecom failure, power outage, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, sanctions, labor disruption, cyberattack by third parties, cloud/app-store/provider outage or widespread infrastructure failure, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore affected services where practicable.

29. Apple App Store Addendum (Future iOS/iPadOS Distribution)

If a MaxDent application is obtained through Apple’s App Store, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of this agreement and are intended to satisfy Apple’s minimum EULA requirements:

  • This agreement is between the end user and MaxDentSystem, not Apple. MaxDentSystem, not Apple, is responsible for the application and its content.
  • The App Store license is a non-transferable license to use the application on Apple-branded products owned or controlled by the user, subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules and any sharing rights Apple permits.
  • MaxDentSystem is responsible for maintenance and support promised under these Terms or required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for MaxDent.
  • To the extent an applicable warranty cannot be disclaimed and the App Store application fails to conform to it, the user may notify Apple and Apple may refund the App Store purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for MaxDent; other product claims remain MaxDentSystem’s responsibility.
  • MaxDentSystem, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance and applicable consumer/privacy claims.
  • If a third party claims that the application or its use infringes intellectual-property rights, MaxDentSystem, not Apple, is responsible for handling that claim to the extent required by applicable law.
  • The user represents that the user is not located in a jurisdiction subject to a U.S. Government embargo/designation prohibiting the transaction and is not listed on an applicable U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list.
  • The user must comply with applicable third-party terms, including network/data-service and Apple Media Services terms, when using the application.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement for an App Store distributed MaxDent application and may enforce the applicable terms against the end user upon acceptance.

30. Google Play and Other Store Distribution

If MaxDent is obtained through Google Play or another authorized store, the store’s mandatory distribution, billing, refund and account rules apply to the transaction through that store. MaxDentSystem remains the application licensor unless the platform’s mandatory terms state otherwise. The user must comply with applicable store and device terms.

31. Compliance with Law and Export/Sanctions Restrictions

Users must comply with applicable laws, professional rules, export controls and sanctions. MaxDentSystem may refuse or discontinue a transaction or service where required by law, sanctions, payment-provider rules or distribution-platform obligations.

32. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, the parties should attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute through written notice and reasonable discussion. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent Egyptian courts, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction that cannot be waived.

Electronic purchase records, activation records, license logs, audit records and authenticated communications may be used as evidence to the extent permitted by applicable law.

33. Changes to These Terms

MaxDentSystem may update these Terms for legal, security, platform, product or commercial reasons. The updated version will state a new effective date. Material changes affecting active paid rights will be notified where required by law. Updates do not retroactively remove a fully paid perpetual desktop right already granted, except where a change is necessary for security, law, anti-fraud enforcement or a mandatory platform requirement.

34. Assignment, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement

The customer may not assign, transfer or sublicense this agreement or a license to another person/clinic without MaxDentSystem’s written approval, except for an approved device transfer that does not change the licensed customer. MaxDentSystem may assign this agreement as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of the MaxDent business/assets or to an affiliated/successor operator, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable order/plan and any legally applicable platform terms form the entire agreement for their subject matter unless a separate signed agreement expressly replaces them.

35. Language and Contact

The Arabic and English versions are intended to express the same commercial agreement. For transactions governed by Egyptian law, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent of a genuine inconsistency; for an international app-store/platform submission, the English text may control to the extent required by the relevant platform or mandatory law.
