1. Discount, attribution and commission
The 10% customer discount is a MaxDent sales aid designed to help conversion; it is separate from the affiliate commission itself. Attribution lasts 30 days and the last valid affiliate code entered at checkout governs.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after discount and only on the customer's first qualifying purchase. Renewals and later purchases by the same customer do not earn a new affiliate commission.
2. Retroactive monthly tiers
Monthly tiers are retroactive across all qualifying sales in the same month: 1–3 sales = 15% on all qualifying monthly sales; 4–7 sales = 20% on all qualifying monthly sales; 8+ sales = 25% on all qualifying monthly sales. When a higher tier is reached, earlier qualifying sales in that month are recalculated at the new rate. The tier counter resets at the start of each month.
3. Commission status and payout
Commission stays Pending for 7 days, then becomes Approved if there is no refund, void or fraud review. Payout is manual on the scheduled cycle, currently day 10 of the following month, with no minimum payout threshold. Refund or void cancels the related commission and may recalculate the month's tier based on remaining qualifying sales.
4. Account and affiliate code
The affiliate code has 8 characters. The affiliate may choose the first four English letters before the first sale; the system generates the rest and prevents duplicates. The code becomes locked after the first sale to protect attribution records.
5. Limited status and verification
Registration is open and accounts begin Limited. Required identity and payout-method verification is completed at the first sale before payout. WhatsApp confirmation and any additional verification follow the approved policy.
6. Self-purchase and recruitment
Self-purchases earn no commission. There is no commission for recruiting affiliates or on their sales; this is a direct referral/affiliate program, not MLM.
7. Advertising and brand use
External marketing and permitted paid advertising are allowed, but affiliates must not impersonate MaxDent, present themselves as the official account, offer unauthorized prices/discounts, or promise unavailable features. The Marketing Kit is the preferred source for approved messages and links.
8. Privacy
Affiliates do not receive customer personal data. Only the order, sale and commission information needed for the program is shown. Affiliates cannot upload files to the MaxDent website.
9. Review, fraud and closure
When fraud is suspected, affected commissions are frozen pending manual review. Approved commissions remain payable after a non-fraud account closure according to policy. Sensitive decisions rely on audit records and manual review.
10. External Publishers
Websites, platforms, reviewers, publishers and marketplace partners use a separate direct-partnership channel outside the standard affiliate account.
